Our Health4Life program provides education and supportive services to community members. Our goal is to reduce and prevent mental health and behavioral health problems through community programming, partnerships, education, and community resources.
Our Healthy4Life Program is based on four essential pillars of health including mental, nutritional, physical, and social. Our organization has medical, mental health, and nutrition professionals who volunteer their time to assist our program efforts. We have provided emergency food assistance, housing support, educational seminars, healthcare monitoring, and healthcare resources to over 2,000+ people in Pima County. Our program has been successful due to our partnerships with several organizations.
